Patrick and Dwaina were college best friends-turned-sweethearts, have been married since New Year?s Day of 1983 ? and are still best friends! They have two teen-aged children and make their home in Canyon, Texas. They started speaking at marriage enrichment events, youth conferences on dating and purity, and family-emphasis revival meetings in 1993 while continuing to pastor a church. They launched this ministry full-time at the end of 2003. Patrick now also serves part-time as the Minister to Marriages and Families at First Baptist Church in Canyon, Texas. They travel and speak at marriage-strengthening events in churches all across Texas and the Southwest and they lead Marriage Ministry Leadership Training weekends in Texas.
